Bookings can be easily made via our website or by directly contacting our team. Once your booking is completed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that bookings are subject to availability and must be made in advance.

Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and online payment methods. An invoice will be provided upon completion of the payment.

To hold a date, a non-refundable deposit may be required. Your date hold is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit and is valid for a specified period. If the booking is not completed within this period, the date will be released.

For cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the booking date, a full refund will be issued. Cancellations within 7 days will incur a 50% fee, and no-shows will not be refunded. Date changes must be requested at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability. Additional fees may apply.

We love to make sure your visit is as comfortable as possible. To continue this culture, we request that you help by following these simple house rules:

• Please leave Blanc Studio in the same condition it was when you arrived. If extra cleaning is required, a $75+GST fee will apply.

• Keep music at a reasonable level.

• Parking on-site is limited to 1-2 spaces. Please advise any additional crew to park on Tasman Way.

• Smoking is not allowed inside the studio, in front of the studio, or near our neighbors' doors. Open flames are also prohibited.

• Please avoid loud phone calls near our neighbors' doors.

• All equipment, props, furniture, and fixtures must remain inside Blanc Studio.

• We will provide a list of items hired for your session and check this list upon your departure to ensure all items are returned.

• Dispose of excess rubbish in the bins marked with 10/12 and Blanc Studios.

• If you need to rearrange the studio, please return all furniture and items to their original spots.

• Well-trained dogs are welcome, but they must be kept away from the cyclorama to keep it in top condition.

• In case of an emergency, please contact our team immediately.

To maintain the pristine condition of our cyclorama, we ask that you keep it clean, avoiding shoes and food on its surface. Heavy equipment should not be moved on the cyclorama to prevent damage. Any damages will incur a repair fee. Please follow specific usage guidelines to ensure it remains in top condition.
